Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to the VPNMain website, user panel, and network acceleration subscription service. Please read them before using the service, and review the Privacy Policy for information about how data is handled. Creating an account or using the service means you accept these terms. If you disagree, stop using the service. Any mandatory legal requirements take precedence.

Service Scope

VPNMain provides international route subscriptions for cross-border access, covering 120+ countries and 170+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Users can access client links and subscription details through the panel, then import the subscription and connect in a client app.

A subscription provides network connectivity only. It does not include memberships, content licenses, or account access for third-party websites. Third-party services set their own access requirements. Route configurations may change due to maintenance, resource adjustments, or local network conditions. The panel and active subscription show the routes currently available to you.

Accounts and Subscriptions

No email address is required; create an account with a username and password. Keep your login credentials and subscription link secure. Do not publish them or allow others to use them. If you discover exposed credentials or unusual connections, change your password promptly and request assistance through a panel ticket.

There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time, provided they belong to the account holder. Unlimited devices do not permit reselling, renting, or sharing an account or subscription with others, nor do they permit operating a public proxy for others. Manage access on your own devices to prevent unauthorized use of your subscription.

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Check the plan, amount, and billing method before payment. See the plan pricing page for prices; account status is determined by the panel records.

Acceptable Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you are located and where you use the service. You are responsible for confirming that your accessed content, intended use, and actions involving third-party accounts are lawful. You may not use the service for illegal purposes or to infringe another person's privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights.

You may not use the service to conduct network attacks, distribute malware, steal credentials, commit fraud, send spam, or access another person's systems without authorization. Do not use resources in a way that disrupts route operations, avoids normal billing, or interferes with other users' connections. You are responsible for complying with the usage rules of third-party platforms.

Availability and Liability

Connection performance depends on your local network, carrier routing, client settings, destination availability, and maintenance schedules. VPNMain does not guarantee connections from every location or at all times, access to every third-party service, a fixed speed, or continued use of an exit region.

If you have connection issues, first check your local network and subscription status. You can then submit a panel ticket with the error message and relevant details about your setup. Do not include your password or complete subscription link. Responsibility for issues caused by changes to third-party services, user configuration errors, or force majeure will be determined based on the circumstances and applicable law. These terms do not limit service obligations or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Account Restrictions and Termination

If VPNMain detects illegal use, resale or sharing, attacks, credential theft, or another breach of these terms, it may suspend affected connections, restrict account features, or terminate service based on the risk. Where there is an urgent security risk, necessary protective measures may be taken first.

If you wish to dispute a restriction, explain the situation and request a review through a panel ticket. Reviews consider verifiable records and applicable law. An account restriction does not automatically remove any rights you may have under applicable law.

Changes to Terms and Refunds

When service rules change, VPNMain will publish the revised terms on this page and update the date. Changes that affect important user rights will be announced on the website or in the panel. Changes take effect as described in the announcement and will not retroactively diminish rights already obtained under applicable law. If you disagree, you may stop using the service and submit your concerns through a ticket.

You may request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of your first payment. See the Refund Policy for instructions and details.
