Refund Policy
This policy explains the refund window, application materials, and refund methods for VPNMain subscriptions. Keep your order records before submitting a request. Applications, requests for additional information, and processing updates are handled through support tickets in your account, making it easier to verify the same transaction.
Refund Window and Eligibility
You may request a full refund, with no reason required, within 60 days of your first payment. You do not need to provide a reason related to connection issues, speed tests, or stopping use. The window starts from the time of your first payment, verified against the order's payment record and the time you submit your support ticket—not the date you installed the client or first connected.
Submit your request within the refund window and identify the order you want reviewed. You can also open a support ticket to check duplicate payments, unclear order ownership, or unusual payment statuses. Verifying a transaction is separate from requiring an explanation for a refund. Requests submitted after the window are outside this refund commitment; open a support ticket to ask about the handling of a specific order.
Usage Records and Exceptional Cases
Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. Data packages remain available until used and do not expire. Having connected to a route, imported a subscription, or used data is not, by itself, grounds to deny a no-reason refund requested within the window. This policy does not impose an unpublished data-usage threshold.
If there is a dispute about whether data usage exceeded the package allowance, check the plan allowance, reset records, and actual usage records rather than deciding refund eligibility based on a single notice. For accounts involving a breach of the Terms of Service, review the relevant details and explain the specific issue in a support ticket; a general account-status alert is not a substitute for a reasoned decision.
Transactions that were not actually paid, have already been refunded, or cannot be confirmed as belonging to the requesting account cannot be refunded again as a new payment. If proof of ownership is needed, the support ticket will specify what information needs to be checked.
How to Apply and What to Include
- Sign in to the account used for payment, check the order status, payment method, and payment record, then submit a refund request through the support ticket page.
- Include the order number, payment time, amount paid, and payment method. If you have multiple orders, identify each transaction that needs to be checked.
- Provide any necessary transaction records requested in the ticket reply, confirm the refund method, and follow up in the original ticket.
Please redact information unrelated to the transaction from screenshots. Do not submit your account password, complete subscription link, or wallet private key. An email address is not required for an account. Sign in to the user panel to check your application status; if you cannot sign in, first consult the account information in the Help Center.
Refund Methods and Payment Differences
Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Refunds must be linked to the original order. If the original payment channel supports a refund to the original method, the refund will be processed that way. Do not use a support ticket to request a transfer to a recipient unrelated to the order.
For Alipay and WeChat Pay orders, keep the transaction record and check the refund status through the original payment channel. If the original payment route cannot be used, confirm the reason and available options through a support ticket before proceeding.
USDT refunds cannot be treated like a reversed transaction through Alipay or WeChat Pay. The original transaction, network, and receiving address must be checked through a support ticket. Before submitting, carefully confirm that the network and address match. Refund arrangements depend on the verification results; this page makes no additional commitments regarding exchange rates or network fees.
Checking Refund Status and Following Up
Submitting a request, completing verification, initiating a refund, and receiving the funds are separate stages. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on the payment channel or network; this page does not promise a fixed processing time. If additional materials are needed or a processing issue arises, details will be provided in the support ticket.
After receiving a refund initiation notice, first check the refund details in the original payment channel. For USDT, check the corresponding transaction record. If the refund is still not visible, add the results of your search to the original ticket to avoid splitting the records across duplicate requests.
After the refund is complete, check the amount and corresponding order, and confirm the status of any related subscription benefits. If the amount, transaction status, or order ownership does not match, keep your records and follow up. See Plan Pricing for billing rules and the Privacy Policy for information about data handling.
